After approximately 20 years this foam bitumen stabilised (FBS) pavement in Hoppers Crossing has been tested by Site Geotechnical and determined as requiring minimal asphalt overlay treatment to withstand another 20 years. forensicengineering treatments such as these are being under-utilised in Victoria.
